Dr. April Winkler cares for smiles of all kinds, and this includes, for some of our patients, dentures. If teeth have been severely compromised by tooth decay, if trauma has knocked out your teeth, or if permanent teeth never grew in, Dr. Winkler may recommend dentures to restore your beautiful smile. Almost everyone is familiar with dentures in some regard, but there are many options available that you may not know about. Our caring and friendly team at Winkler Dental Center will make sure that all of your concerns are addressed and that you choose the best option for your new smile.

At our dental office, we offer a full range of options, including conventional, immediate and partial dentures. We offer two types of complete dentures: conventional and immediate. With immediate dentures, our dentist will fit you for your new teeth immediately after the teeth have been extracted. With this style of dentures, you will need to make return visits to our office to adjust the immediate dentures as your mouth heals. On the other hand, conventional dentures are fitted after the teeth have been removed and the gums have healed. This allows the mouth to completely adjust and reduces the number of necessary return visits to Winkler Dental Center. In some cases, only a small portion of your smile will need to be replaced, and Dr. Winkler can use partial dentures to replace smaller openings in your smile.
